Full payment for all routine office visits is expected at the time of service. If we are contracted with your health insurance, you will be required to pay a co-pay or deductible, if it has not been met. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are acceptable forms of payment. We also offer financing options for cosmetic procedures. We will be glad to file medical claims to your insurance company or Medicare for any hospital or major surgical care you may receive.
